Below are common questions about delivery in the UAE, Cash on Delivery (COD), returns, and support.
Delivery & Shipping (UAE)
1) How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–5 working days across the UAE. Delays may happen during promotions, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
2) Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — Free Delivery across the UAE.
3) Do you deliver to all Emirates?
Yes, we deliver across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain).
4) When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
5) Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email (WhatsApp coming soon).
6) Do you ship internationally?
No. NoorCart currently ships within the UAE only.
7) What if my address or phone number is incorrect?
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unreachable number, re-delivery fees may apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
1) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
2) When do I pay?
You pay when the order arrives, directly to the courier.
3) Can I open the package before paying?
Courier rules vary. In many cases, payment is required first. If your item is defective or damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
4) Will you confirm my order?
In some cases, we may contact you to confirm your address/details to ensure successful delivery.
5) What happens if I refuse delivery?
Repeated refusals may lead to account restrictions to prevent fake or abusive orders.
Returns & Support
1) What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2) What do you need for a return request?

3) When should I report damaged or missing items?
Within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
4) How long does a refund take?
After inspection and approval, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer.
5) Are delivery fees refundable?
Delivery and return-related fees are non-refundable.
Duties & taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Orders & Products
1) Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can try to update it. Email us ASAP with your order number.
2) Can I cancel my order?
If your order is not dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us quickly.
3) Are product photos real?
Yes — we use real product photography. Minor differences may happen due to screen settings or packaging updates.
4) Are all products always in stock?
Stock can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you with options.
